Lazio continue their impressive run in the conference league with a total of 19 points. They are just three points behind the leaders Eintracht Frankfurt and Athletic Bilbao. Eintracht Frankfurt secured a 2-0 victory over Ferencvaros Budapest, while Athletic Bilbao suffered a 1-4 defeat against Beşiktaş.
Apart from Lazio, two other unbeaten teams remain in the competition – Galatasaray and Manchester United. Galatasaray managed a thrilling 3-3 draw against Dynamo Kyiv, while Manchester United secured a 2-1 victory over Rangers FC.
There were some surprising results in the latest round of matches. RFS pulled off a shock victory over Ajax Amsterdam with a 1-0 win. AZ Alkmaar defeated Roma 1-0, Bodo/Glimt emerged victorious against Maccabi Tel Aviv with a 3-1 win, and Porto suffered a 0-1 loss to Olympiakos Piraeus.
Fenerbahce Istanbul, with Sebastian Szymański featuring for the full 90 minutes, played out a goalless draw against Olympique Lyon. Malmoe fell short against Twente Enschede with a 2-3 defeat, Karabach Agdam, with Mateusz Kochalski on the bench, lost 2-3 to FCSB.
In other matches, Hoffenheim were defeated 2-3 by Tottenham Hotspur, Viktoria Plzen secured a 2-0 victory over Anderlecht, Elfsborg surprisingly defeated Nice 1-0, Ludogorets Razgrad, with Jakub Piotrowski playing the full match, suffered a 0-2 loss to Midtjylland, PAOK Saloniki, with Tomasz Kędziora featuring, won 2-0 against Slavia Prague, and Union St. Gilloise defeated Braga 2-1.
