Tomek współpracował z prawicowymi dziennikarzami – szokujące doniesienia!

Tomasz Kaczmarek, also known as „agent Tomek,” is a former officer of the Central Anticorruption Bureau, where he worked as an undercover agent. He later became a member of the Polish Parliament from the PiS party list. For over a year, he has been giving testimony in the Łódź prosecutor’s office, regarding irregularities in the CBA during the time when it was led by Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik. This includes falsifying documentation, misappropriating public funds, and leaking confidential information to right-wing journalists.

When asked by Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf why he decided to speak out against his former employers, Kaczmarek replied firmly: „In light of the birth of my children, I felt the need to close this dark chapter in the CBA and ensure that those who harmed innocent people are held accountable.” He explained that he made the decision to tell the truth in 2014, but only began providing testimony to investigators in 2023. Kaczmarek emphasized that he now looks more critically at his actions during his time at the CBA. He believes that institutions like the intelligence services should be used to combat organized crime and corruption, not as a weapon for political gain.

Former CBA agent apologized to all those who may have been harmed by his actions. He repeatedly explained that the materials collected by the CBA were used to „lynch political opponents of PiS.” At one point, Kaczmarek handed Dorota Wysocka-Schnepf a multi-page document containing an operational analysis from wiretaps of Jan Bury, which he received from Maciej Wąsik. The document contained classified operational data and excerpts from Bury’s wiretaps. Kaczmarek acknowledged that he should not have had access to the document and noted handwritten annotations on it, which he was unsure if they were made by Wąsik or another CBA officer associated with him.

Kaczmarek and the TVP Info journalist pointed out the handwritten notes on the document, with one stating „this is not in the media” and another saying „consider future coalition.” Kaczmarek explained that he shared the document to expose the criminal way in which Kamiński and Bejda operated. He clarified that he gave the document to a journalist from „Gazeta Polska.”

The guest on „Dangerous Liaisons” also included Weronika Marczuk, who was arrested by CBA officers on September 23, 2009, on charges of corruption related to the privatization of a technical publishing house. Marczuk regained her freedom after posting a 600,000 zł bail. The investigation against her was closed in 2011, as no evidence of wrongdoing was found.

In the interview, Marczuk expressed her belief that institutions like the CBA are created not to act properly. She stated that the pain she experienced due to the actions of the CBA is still with her and has had measurable impacts, including the suffering of her parents. She also mentioned that no one has officially apologized to her for what she went through because of the CBA.

When asked what she would say to Tomasz Kaczmarek, Marczuk stated, „He caused a great tragedy in the lives of many people with his actions. He took on that role. It is good that he finally decided to save his soul.”
